SmartSTEMs has been a vital part of J.P. Morgan’s Youth Engagement Strategy as a part of its Tech for Social Good programs. SmartSTEMs allows J.P. Morgan to reach thousands of students to promote STEM and computer science careers and academic opportunities to an underrepresented demographic. The program also allows J.P. Morgan staff to utilise their expertise as volunteers at SmartSTEMs events, thus allowing them to give back to the communities they live and work and inspire the next generation of technology talent.
